WRITTEN BY ADIB S KAWAR
The Islamic Republic of Iran is a theocratic regime that since day one of its life had dedicated itself to confront colonialism and Zionism, and expelled the Zionist diplomatic mission to the Shah’s imperial court and handed its premises to the Palestinian Arab people, an act that international Zionism had never [...]

“Verily, God does not change men's condition unless they change their inner selves; and when God wills people to suffer evil [in consequence of their own evil deeds], there is none who could avert it: for they have none who could protect them from Him.  (Qur’an: 13:11)

WRITTEN BY: Salwa Atamimi
Forty-four testimonies of uprooted Palestinians, summarize the crime of raping a homeland and expose the truth with clarity and sincerity that many tried to efface or hide, sometimes due to ignorance or avoiding it, and mostly with design and dubiousness.
Emigrants… displaced… uprooted?  This is the ordinary and simple question that may not [...]

Lina Suleiman – State of "Caged" Palestinians

By Guest Post • Jun 7th, 2009 • Category: Analysis, Counter-terrorism, No thanks!, Hasbara Deconstruction Site, Israel, Newswire, Palestine, Religion, Resistance, War, Zionism

We, Palestinians, are sick and tired of the mock pretenses and the never-ending slaps in the face. We do count on neither the assertions nor the visits made by the American political elites. President Barak Obama today, in the University of Cairo, started his speech by playing on sensitive strings for both Moslems and Arabs, of prosperous history, civilizations of the regions, and tolerance and forgiveness embedded in Islam and the Quran, that make hearts dance happily. It seems that whoever prepared his speech has studied the psychology and mindset of Arabs very well. But his speech, indeed, brought nothing but empty rhetoric. American polices can’t rely any more on naïveté of people. As long as this statement is pronounced “Palestinians have to evade violence”, then we know that Americans are still a gracious political partner and champion of Israeli interests. It is an utterly deliberate misreading of reality.

 Obama's Cairo Speech, Part I:
A New Beginning or The Old Hypocrisy?

On Thursday June 4, 2009 – the day before the 42nd anniversary of Israel's conquest of remaining Palestinian land, two days before the 65th anniversary of D-Day, and 425 years to the day that Sir Walter Raleigh established the first English colony in the New World on [...]

Kawther Salam – The Bloody Saturday of Israel in Gaza

By Kawther Salam • Dec 28th, 2008 • Category: Analysis, Counter-terrorism, No thanks!, Features, Israel, Newswire, Palestine, Religion, Resistance, Somoud: Arab Voices of Resistance, War, Zionism

Saturday is the holy day for all Jews in world. This is a well known part of the Jewish customs. During Saturday they exchange greetings, saying “Shabbat Shalom” or “Peace Saturday”. Under the Israeli occupation in West Bank and Gaza since over 41 years, the Palestinians never lived one day of peace, even not one [...]

The Palestinian woman who married a Russian and imprisoned for criticizing Stalin in public

Many times I have been reading articles written by Israelis claiming that when Israel was established, the Jews came to a land (Palestine) where there weren’t many people, or there were just a few uncivilized and nomadic groups more like Bedouins, and [...]
