They would NOT EVEN look at the motion! It seems incredible that this attempt at avoiding debate and stonewalling the issue has pretty much gone unnoticed. It is not a failure of the motion, because the motion was not even on the table... it is also a failure of being able to face discussion among academics. Fear of what might happen to them. sad. I had the privilege of hearing Dr Mads speak in London recently. His talk was uplifting and inspirational and I was moved by his humanity and spirit.. Some of the images he showed from Cast Lead were of course horrific. Here he is in the US in April. Apparently he has spoken over 150 times in different parts of the world since January.
