Justice Delayed is Justice Denied, Decision of Palestinian Leadership and International Pressure an Insult to the Victims
Yesterday, 2 October 2009, the Palestinian leadership, under 
heavy international pressure lead by the United States, deferred the draft proposal at the Human Rights Council endorsing all the recommendations of the UN Fact Finding Mission (the Goldstone Report). This deferral denies the Palestinian peoples’ right to an effective judicial remedy and the equal protection of the law. It represents the triumph of politics over human rights. It is an insult to all victims and a rejection of their rights.
The crimes documented in the report of the UN Fact Finding Mission represent the most serious violations of international law; Justice Goldstone concluded that there was evidence to indicate that crimes against humanity may have been committed in the Gaza Strip. Violations of international law continue to this day, inter alia, through the continuing Israeli-imposed illegal blockade of the Gaza Strip. The findings of the Mission confirmed earlier investigations conducted by independent Palestinian, Israeli and international organizations.
The injustice that has now been brought upon Palestinians has been brought upon everyone on this globe. International human rights and humanitarian law are not subject to discrimination, they are not dependent on nationality, religion, or political affiliation. International human rights and humanitarian law apply 
universally to all human beings.
The rule of law is intended to protect individuals, to guarantee their fundamental rights. Yet, if the rule of law is to be respected it must be enforced. World history, and the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land has shown us that as long as impunity persists, the law will continue to be violated; innocent civilians will continue to suffer the horrific consequences.
Justice delayed is justice denied. All victims have a legitimate right to an effective judicial remedy, and the equal protection of the law. These rights are universal: they are not subject to political considerations. In the nine months since Operation Cast Lead, no effective judicial investigations have been conducted into the conflict. Impunity prevails. In such situations, international law demands recourse to international judicial mechanisms. Victims’ rights must be upheld. Those responsible must be held to account.
The belief that accountability and the rule of law can be brushed aside in the 
pursuit of peace is misguided. History has taught us time and time again, that sustainable peace can only be built on human rights, on justice, and the rule of law. For many years in Palestine international law, and the rule of law, has been sacrificed in the name of politics, and cast aside in favour of the peace process. This approach has been tried, and it has failed: the occupation has been solidified, illegal settlements have continued to expand, the right to self determination has been denied; innocent civilians suffer the horrific consequences. It is now time to pursue justice, and a peace built on a foundation of human rights, dignity, and the rule of law. In Justice Goldstone’s words, there is no peace without justice.
As human rights organizations we strongly condemn the Palestinian leaderships’ decision to defer the proposal endorsing all the recommendations of the Fact Finding Mission, and the pressure exerted by certain members of the international community. Such pressure is in conflict with States' international obligations, and is an insult to the Palestinian people.
As human rights organizations concerned with rights and justice, we declare that we will double our efforts to seek justice for the victims of the violations of human rights and international law without delay.

This so-called 'International Community' has always encouraged crimes and unjust when dealing with the crimes against Muslims. And have habitually backed Israeli crimes against humanity.
Now that the Israelis are caught red-handed in crimes of genocide against People of Palestine, instead of severly punishing the criminals, these 'wolves in the skins of sheep' are exerting undue and illegal pressure to usurp the rights of the innocet victims of recent Gaza massacre.
There is a limit for every tyranny and specially the continous tyranny of the occupiers of Palestine.
There is a word call "SHAME" which could be visibly dancing on their faces in the mirror.
The third intifada should begin with liberating Palestine from the PA, the corrupted imbecilles, the enemies of the Palestinian people that are backed by the world leaders for well known reasons. Had they not been filthy swines working against the Palestinians then they wouldnt have been backed by the zionist governments in the world nor would they have been put in leading positions in the first place. They must be toppled and their villas shoud become homes for orphans, their cars should be sold and the money should go to rebuild Gaza and their bank accounts should be used to preper for the final liberation of Palestine. And every PA official that doesnt have a problem with the harm these chief swines have caused should be hanged in public with Abbas, Fayyad, Dahlan and the other chief swines. This can not go on anymore. They have hijacked Palestine for way to long and it didnt start with Abbas, it started with fateh and Arafat. Their empty slogans and propaganda that is meant to remove the attention from their national apostasy must be exposed in a way that none of them will dear to try to defend himself with more lies, pamplets should be printed exposing them in detail and be handed out to every Palestinian home in Palestine and the refugee camps, a massive campaign must be started, not to gain hamas or any other group but to topple the group that has woked against our cause since its creation.
Re: Justice for Palestine is still a young shaheed wearing a backpack with 8 kgs of dynamite, 2 kgs of penny nails with a twist of rat poison to assure the death of the Jewish rats.
Yassar, the judge Goldstone report was precise, honest, and to the point outlining the inhumain and 'illegal' use of white phosphorus chemicals, DIME tungsten based munitions, depleted uranium and the latest 'bunker buster' uranium based bombs the US Congressional israel 1st'er poster boys and harlots rushed to the IDF in October/2008 as the US/Israel 'homicide twins' had decided that by the end of the year 2008 Israel would unleash its blitz krieg against the people of Gaza using the firing of a few handmade unguided erratic Qassam rockets fired towards Sderot and Ashkalon, that killed but one Jew and mainly fell harmlessley into the desert around these towns. Towns that were once inhabited by Palestinians before they were ethnically cleansed by the Settler Jews in the 1980's.
While Obama was elected on a "mandate' to put the pressure on Israel's 'arrogant incorrigibles' and create some kind of an initial movement towards liberating the people of Palestine,' the battle was lost before Obama even left the starting gate because the Jews of Chicago, seeing that Obama had an excellent chance to be elected president decided to cultivate him with Jewish treasure and 'bring him into the Jewish fold,' thus his declaring 'freedom for the Palestinian people' during the presidential campaign was null and void from day one.
With Obama's declaration to the Jewish killers two weeks ago that the Goldstone report would be evaluated to a final conclusion by the UN Human Rights Commission and 'not' (If Omaba can help it) be allowed to be forwarded to the ICC at the Hague for the filing of crimianl charges against the IDF killers – the 'die was cast' and the effort to reduce this report to many hours of rethoric and heated discussion and little else – But certainly 'no justice for the Palestinians': 'Thanks Obama, 'Change we can believe in.'
But, don't believe that Obama has the control that he should have as US president. I say this because after watching Michael Moore's movie last night: Capitalism – A love story.' I realized that the theft of some three trillion dollars from the US economy at NYC's Wall Street, all committed by the gangster Jews (Paulson, Bernake, Faul, Geitner, Summers, Greenburg, Greenspan, Rubin, et. al.) and the fact that the US government has yet to file a single charge against these bandits (Bernie Madoff being the only one to be targeted – But, I salute Madoff because he took mostly Jews and their ill gotten gains to the cleaners, which seems to be a sort of 'poetic justice' – way to go Bernie!) and I don't suppose that we will see any of these bastard Jews being arrained before any judge or US Congressional committee anytime soon, if ever.' Hell, they would (((scream))) 'anti-semitism' at the top of their lungs and the prosecution would be 'out the door' looking for the shortest route back to the office in a NY minute!' – Those are the ways of the Jews and unfortunately they 'know it works – every time!'
So what will the Goldstone report do for the Palestinians? Nada, absolutely nothing. Bibi Natanyahu has already stated that if any actions are taken by the UN Human Rights Commission to declare the Israeli IDF killers guilty of murder and genocide in last winters genocidal attacks on the people of Gaza – that the road to peace talks will be blocked by him and the Knesset hyena's. Obama has given great weight to this statement. So look for Obama to work with the US/Israeli Palestinian 'puppet' Mahmoud Abbas to put the Goldstone report in file #13 (trash can) and proceed into another handfull of months and perhaps even years of that useless rethoric as we have seen at Annapolis, Oslo I & II, Madrid and the Waye Plantation 'charades' that have led to a 'no results' or conclusion… sorry to say.
Palestinaians would be fools to allow the Jews to dictate a Palestinian State with no military, the inability to conclude commercial and military contracts with its Arab brothers, give up its air rights over their embryonic country, compromise the dwinding supply of the West Bank/Gaza aquifers, and be forced to allow everything entering into Palestine be inspected and/or even confiscated by the Jewish dogs – on a whim.

Izeballah.. the Third Intifada should be directed against the PLO and the PA demanding the disbanding of both organizations as nothing but a failed, corrupt, incompetent collaborating organizations with the enemy. The PLO by signing Oslo became a partner with Israel managing the Occupation. The PLO and PA are nothing more than a "financial" mafia protected by bunch of armed gangs in the forms of Palestinian Security Forces.

Sami, indeed. It is not enough to remove the rat (current PA) when the rathole (PLO/fateh) keeps producing new rats. Israel had Arafat removed despite of him making a disaster of our cause… that was not enough for them so they removed him and replaced him with Abbas who was willing to make a even greater disaster of our cause.. and now they might be planning to have him removed and replace him with Fayyad or someone else from the collaboration gang willing to make a even greater mess. That is why this issue of the goldstone report shouldnt only focus on Abbas and his betrayal, instead people should look at the whole picture and realize that the real problem is the PLO and the opportunists within fateh as the PLO/fateh is based on a corruption system so new abbas' will continue to be produced as long as the PLO system remains the same and since it is too damaged to recover, it must be completly dismantled and replaced with a new body with new faces and the ministers should agree to have a small but reasonable salary in order to keep the opportunists away and the atmosphere must become so strict against corruption that if anyone even dears to be corrupt then everyone surrounding him will report him and have him removed and brought to justice unlike the PLO which does the opposite, they remove the non-corrupt and reward the corrupt. The new body must be driven by working for the people and competing in improving the situation instead of being driven by the urge to gain personal status or wealth.
I only wish we had an Islamic alternative other than the ignorant Hamas, such an Islamic alternative that is sincere and intelligent that would cut off the hand of the politician-thief and improve the hospitals, schools and build youth centers, swimming/sport clubs for women and other useful things instead of focusing on making stupid rulings that says female lawyers have to wear Hijab (when most already do?) or stupid rulings forbidding women from riding on the back of a motorcycle of a man (as if it was a common thing in the first place). Hamas is incompetent, ignorant and backward and doesnt know how to use Islam in the right way meaning in a way that actually benefits the people, they are the kind that consider everything non-traditional as haram, so if i as a female would want to play pool or go go-karting or anything else which is seen as non-traditional for women to do in the arabic culture (not Islamic) then they would make such a thing haram according to Islam when it isent.
A modern and fresh Islamic alternative is what we need, an alternative which is modern without making haram things halal or halal things haram. That would be a dream come true.
