More insiduous than calling names a person appears calling names what people say. And we need to tell people that naming or labeling a person or an event does not elucidate a situation, conflict, or problem.
Isms also can also be labeled. Socialism can be named "utopian" dream, "u want s'mthing for nothing", "brings poverty" and so forth.
And then one uses the new label as a proof than an idea, ideology, etc. is wrong. In fact, the new label is not a fact but a conclusion.
So, a person, having evaluated his conclusion not as a guess, conjecture, wishfulness but as a fact remains perhaps forever a slave to her/his conclusion and builds perforce more conclusions on top of the first conclusion.

Another common fallacy is to try to elucidate an idea or ideology by trying to [re]define or 'explain' it by using the word "IS", as in what is zionism? To obtain what zionism means wld be to almost solely dwell on what zionists do or what zionism or any ism does.

talking ab what any ism "IS" never ends; precisely, why those who evaluate their thinking as apsolutely true, use the ruse. Not all people are onto this but people in gov't or clergy may be aware of what i just explained.
And they will alway use that against u. And u might think, Oh, well, they are schooled; i'm the stupid one, etc. and give in or up.
So watch for that littel word "IS"; it's the most dangerous word in ?all langauges. It is OK to use it as an auxilliary. tnx
