It's very bad for the Palestinian cause - but one must investigate who started this culture of "Tit for tat" in the first place - Fatah for the pleasure of USrael or Hamas for Fatah's toppling its democratically elected government.

It looks as though Israel's tactic of divide and conquer is working. Remember that the Zionists used the Maronite militias in Lebanon to do their dirty work. Now they are arming Mohammed Dahlen, a trained CIA torturer and his Fatah gang, to eliminate political opponents in the West Bank. I just hope those in the West Bank opposed to the traitors can form an alliance with Hamas.

I do not know why every one is so surprised at all of this. Tens of thousands of Palestinians died in internal fighting than died fighting Israel. Arafat ran a criminal enterprise when he was in Jordan, in Lebanon and in Tunis, and this continued when he and his thugs returned to manage the occupation for Israel. Let us not exonerate the role of Arafat in creating the Preventive Security Forces appointing common thugs plucked from Israeli jails ( perhaps qualified by Israel ) to manage the most and powerful criminal organization. It was Arafat who gave Dahlan and Rajoub a free hand to jail, torture and even murder Palestinians in Palestinian jails. Who would believe that defendants appear before a Palestinian tribunal at noon, judged in the early afternoon and executed in evening same day, without lawyers, with cross examination of witnesses, without challenging evidence and without the rights of defense? This is the kind of justice system that Arafat and his PLO/Fatah brought to Palestine. What we see today from torture, criminal abuse and even murder in Palestinian jailed whether in Gaza or the West Bank is an indication of what to come. One can imagine if this goes on under Occupation, God help the Palestinians when Hamas and Fatah leadership are really free from the Occupation to do what they want to do. Palestinians for sure will be longing for the days under Israeli Occupation; at least they will know they are under Occupation. Free Palestine will be nothing more than a criminal police state.
