Another article I did not spot earlier! Typically, it hasn't received many comments, the Western media seems to be brainwashing all away from what potentials Iranians themselves have to mould their future and be left alone! Democracy? What is 'democracy' in the name of Heaven! Why can't the better half of this world have their own version of it rather than the Imperialist Western world imposing its 'sham' version? Didn't Bush once say, 'either you are with us or you are against us' does that not resemble a tone of oppression, dictatorial domination of the colonialist, imperialist United States with its allies of European states just following the party line blindly? What is the result? Myriads of Iraqi, Afghanis, Pakistanis or Palestinians are dying like flies in the so-called 'war on terrorism' that sadly, continues. Are we sure the propaganda campaign against Iran is not going to erupt into yet another Invasion on another state? I have not got much faith in the so-called Western States who control the global media.

"I wish all people, and not only Iranians, would feel entitled"

Yes, isn't it ironic that Westerners who have no democratic power to shape their own government's policies are concerning themselves with "democracy" in Iran.

Beyond our own lack of representation there are many other hypocrisies in the focus on Iran. Media Lens points out:

"Given that Hosni Mubarak's Egypt is on the U.S. payroll and a part of the "global spider's web" of secret prisons run by Washington, shouldn't we have been more concerned with Egypt's last presidential election in September 2005, which Mubarak, effectively Egypt's president-for-life, won with 89% of the vote? Shouldn't we pay more attention to the complete absence of elections in U.S. client Saudi Arabia? Or to client-state Mexico, where presidential elections have a long history of vote-rigging, the last one, in July 2006, stolen in favor of the pro-business, U.S.-favored candidate Felipe Calderon, and inspiring a massive tent-city protest in the center of Mexico City to demonstrate people's support for the leftist runner-up, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador?

In each of these theaters and the many others that fall within the U.S. sphere of influence and responsibility, the potential benefits of a sustained left-critique and consciousness-raising about U.S. policy and its devastating impact on the lives of people are far greater than anything to be gained by urging "solidarity" with dissenters in a distant land where the U.S. influence for constructive purposes is minimal, but its hostile and destructive interventionism has been and remains great."

The case for showing an agenda on the part of the "green solidarity" movement is vast and overwhelming. Obviously Noam Chomsky and Amy Goodman among others on the "left" have exposed themselves here as tools of the Zionists as they no doubt are aware of the contradictions inherent in their "green" activism.
