It is so shameful, it can't even be described with words. They compete in building tall building which will serve no real purpose, instead of competing in helping the weak, poor, opressed, instead of competing in doing good. In the West, more and more people are leaving alcohol completly while in the Arab world it is becoming more and more popular, more nightclubs/bars are opened, ads in the arab media that promote alcohol is becoming more usual, magazines that promote things which were made haram by God etc. I agree with this.
