And AnthonyTheOfficeManager claims that there is a video-tape of Bin Laden stating he was responsible for 9/11. Well, no there isn't actually. There is a video-tape who US authorities -say that that is the translation of a sound track that the viewer isn't able to access-which is something entirely different.

While I dont know who is responsible for 9/11- which may well have been Bin Laden,-I require more proof. Why haven't we been given definite proof ?. And why has the USA abandoned it's search for Bin Laden ?. Why did George W.Bush ( who I'm sure Kaplan admires) state that the capture of Bin Laden wasn't important ?. And for that matter-why hasn't Bin Laden-a billionaire-updated to digital video which is readily available in Pakistan ?. Why does he send out old fashioned video tapes when no media organisation has the equipment to run that tape ?. (when was the last time you saw a video player?)

I'll still be asking the Australian Federal Police to investigate what action they will be taking against threats to incite the murder of 2 Australian citizens who are legally regarded here as humanitarian workers. I believe this is a crime and would be regarded as one in the USA as well.

Kaplan may think he is above the law but he isn't.

Regarding the comment above, we note that Mr. Kaplan sued the originator of the site in a court of law and was awarded thousands of dollars in damages that he fully collected on. He won his case in court despite five appeals by the ISM perpetrator because held before three judges because the SIMer thought he could get away with lies and ellipses–something you do here. I find it fascinating how one of your loyal readers implies bin Laden was framed by the US for 9/11 when he was clearly videotaped with the TALIBAN ADMITTING HE ATTACKED THE US ON 9/11! Lee Kaplan accuses my Australian compatriot Target #6 Sharon Lock that "She doesn't know anything about international law " yet he shows dreadful ignorance himself of international law.

While it's debatable that Osama Bin Laden accepted responsiblity for 9/11 ( what proof..a video ?), Kaplan is wrong when he says the Taliban-the lawful government of Afghanistan (as hosted at the White House by George W. Bush) refused to handover Bin Laden.

Firstly-the USA provided no extradition papers (let alOne proof) and did not approach a Bin Laden extradition via the Afghan courts. The White House simply demanded via the media he be handed over. The Taliban asked for proof of Bin Laden crimes and said if it were provided they would allow him to be extradited.

If the USA were not prepared to provide proof, the Talban said, as a sign of co-operation, they were prepared to send Bin Laden to a Muslim country for trial.

Thes are normal government and lawful actions, unlike the USA which simply demanded it's own way and when it didn't get it, invaded.
