It seems the only one who does not believe in bringing Israel to court is its partner Mahmoud Abbas. Abbas refused to sign on to the legal brief being prepared by international jurists charing Israel with war crimes. This is not the first time that the Palestinian leadership of the PLO refused to file charges against war criminals who committed crimes against the Palestinians. Arafat refused to do the same and file charges against Syria and Lebanese Forces for the massacre of Tel-Zaater where more than 5,000 Palestinians were killed in less than 10 days.. The same of Sabra and Shatilla where Arafat refuse to file charges against Israel, US, Lebanese Forces and Syria for the such crimes.
