As an example, an article in the Boston Times online had photos taken in Gaza; four photos were deemed too graphic and required the viewer to click on a separate link to view. Two of the four photos were of animals, one a dead cat and another a dying dog. They were the only photos of animals and they were both blocked. There were plenty of photos of dead and injured children that had not been blocked. Again, I stress that the only two photos of animals were deemed "too graphic." Thus, I propose that people in Gaza, if they can, get photos of animals that have been injured or killed and post them on the Internet. Like I said, I know this will sound cynical, but we have to do everything we can to stop the bombardment of Gaza. If we have to play to the heart-strings of animal lovers to get this madness stopped -- then so be it.
