Kawther Salam – Ramallah, Center for the Israeli Death Squads?

The continuing criminal activities of the Israeli death squad unit "Al-Mistarvim", the Israeli murderers who wear Arab clothes, is likely in Ramallah. The city where the official PA headquarters stand, the residency of President Mahmoud Abbas and many other officials. The free movement of this Israeli death squads, the continued murders and the kidnappings of Palestinians with full knowledge of the PA and without their interference or objection … are hints which puts the PA under grave suspicion of aiding and abetting the crimes of the Israeli terrorists.

Since the Israeli-Palestinian negotiation started, the criminal activities of the Israeli death squad started and increased sharply in Ramallah and the other Palestinian cities. Every now and then we hear that that Israeli death squads abduct political activists or security personnel working for the PA. These crimes happen under total silence from the PA and the studious ignorance of their official news agency Wafa. In a previous incident when some "Mistarvim" were captured by Palestinian civilians in Ramallah last April, the PA handed the terrorists over to the Israeli-Palestinian coordinating office, the DCO.

According to the known information, the silence and suspicious behavior of the PA can be seen as a sign for their involvement in these crimes. The questions are: do the Israeli death squads perpetrate their crimes with the acquiescence and under the cover of the PA? Are the increased crimes of the Israeli death squads part of an Israeli-PA "security coordination", or has the PA signed a new "security agreement" which allows the Israelis to commit their crimes against the Palestinians with impunity? Or, are the Israeli death squads doing the dirty work for the PA, the crimes which they would never dare commit themselves even if they had the capability?

If the answer to these questions is negative, then why do the intelligence and security organizations of the PA give free hands of the Israeli death squads to murder and abduct vast numbers of people in the Palestinian cities? Where is the security protection for the Palestinians under the supposed authority of the PA? From where do the Israeli death squads know about the movements of the Palestinians who they abducted or murdered, if not from the PA "security" organizations? Where are these "security" people who were trained by the Americans in Jericho when Palestinians need protection?

According to Palestinian eyewitnesses, the Israeli death squads kidnapped the employee of the Palestinian National Security Ali Al-Turmosani in Al-Quds Street, the main street of Ramallah before many witnesses and in front of armed Palestinian Security men, colleagues of Al-Turmosani, who did nothing to prevent this crime. The PA security personnel present during this event did not react in any way to defend their colleague, they did not try either to shoot the criminals or to arrest them.

Mr. Ali Al-Turmosani from Fatah was listed by the Israeli government under the "forgiven" Palestinians during the official negotiations between the Israel and the PA. The forgiveness came after Mr. Al-Turmosani and other members of Fatah activist groups signed a official paper in which they stated that they would never target Israel or ever again take part in the resistance against the occupation. Since then, Al-Turmosani had been working with the PA national security forces as a security man.

From the results of the "forgiveness", it appears that Mr. Al-Turmosani and many others entered into a bad faith deal with liars, a deal which was given legitimacy by the corrupt Vichy regime around Fayyad, which seems to be merely the Palestinian version of a Judenrat.
