The Bush administration has always been unwilling to test it official story of 9/11 tragedy in a court of law – even in the us. Therefore, under international law and moral code – Even tose so-called 'Muslims' cannot be accused of members of the so-called hijackers.

In Islamic terminology, the word 'Jihad' is only applied to a military 'struggle' against forces, which could be trying to occupy Muslim lands and enslaving them or destroying their faith. This word was used for the several wars Muslims fought during the life of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), which had the blessings of Allah. However, in general, the word 'Jihad' could be used applied to a Believer 'striving' to follow the Prophet's (pbuh) Sunnah. Sayyid Qutb, Syed Maududi, Dr. Ali Shari'ati, etc. did not put new meaning to the word 'Jihad'. Contrary to that it's the so-called 'moderate Muslim scholars', who love to apologize for everything the western elites don't like about Islam – in order to get some 'merit points'. For example, they the coined the 'meaning' of Islam being a 'peaceful religion' – which is true in the sense that Islam does commands its followers to live in peace with non-Muslims, who do wish to live in peace with Muslims with their honour intact. The most appropriate definition of Islam would be – 'The most tolerant religion'.
