Are the muslim doing the right thing when bombing American embassies and thier allies in the name of Jihad or they are shedding off their own anger under the cover of Jihad? For an American to understand this, he has to take time and read the Islam literature books about the teaching of prophet Mohammed (PBUH). It is not just a matter of collective calling any act by a muslim Islamic, they should rather take a critical analysis into how these acts are related to Islam or what is the Islam teaching about such acts. It is time the west has to get to learn and understand Islam and respect Islamic values. They should not impose their artificial cultures on Muslims. Islam is a complete way of life. There is science of reproduction in Islam, explaining how a baby develops in the womb There is science that talks about ozone layer Islam teaches table manners, dressing codes, hospitality, respect for mankind. Islam teaches against underminind non-muslims. It teaches economics and trade. It talks about cheating by traders, sell of fake goods and adjustment of weighing scales. Islam is against charge of interest in dispensing loans that is why in Islamic republic citizens get soft loans. It talks about family life. Islam talks about the past, present and the future and it is always evident. Islam talks about third class citizens taking over governance which is evident in America. The west should stop terrorism studies and begin studying Islamic books to understand what Islam teaches to relate to what a section of muslims are doing. However, in general, the word 'Jihad' could be used applied to a Believer 'striving' to follow the Prophet's (pbuh) Sunnah. Sayyid Qutb, Syed Maududi, Dr. Ali Shari'ati, etc. did not put new meaning to the word 'Jihad'. Contrary to that it's the so-called 'moderate Muslim scholars', who love to apologize for everything the western elites don't like about Islam - in order to get some 'merit points'. For example, they the coined the 'meaning' of Islam being a 'peaceful religion' - which is true in the sense that Islam does commands its followers to live in peace with non-Muslims, who do wish to live in peace with Muslims with their honour intact.
